• Closings for primary home and investment purchases, vacant lot sales, refinances

• Title examinations and updating the title to the subject property

• Document preparation: Deeds, easements, encroachment agreements, powers of attorney, trust certification

• Ensuring the deed of conveyance and loan closing documents have been properly prepared and executed

• Ensuring the closing funds are properly received and disbursed pursuant to the Closing Disclosure and/or Settlement Statement prepared by this office and reviewed by you at closing,

• Ordering and review of a requested survey of the subject property prior to closing

• Verification that the deed and deed of trust are duly recorded

• Verification that the owners’ and lenders’ policies of title insurance are issued and delivered in proper form and that mortgages and liens paid off at closing are properly canceled.
