With our office situated in the heart of Cary, NC, we primarily serve the triangle and surrounding areas in North Carolina. However, we are able to record transactions electronically in almost every county. 

We most frequently close transactions in Alamance, Chatham, Durham, Harnett, Johnston, Lee, Orange, and Wake County, and have assisted with closings outside of those counties especially for secondary homes purchased along North Carolina’s coast or in the mountains for the convenience of our clients who live in the Triangle.
